Bernie's marine biology background has
been a great tool in pioneering the
Aqua Culture Technology School, founded
in 1990 at the University of the Nations,
which is part of the YWAM organization.
The saying, "Teach a man to fish and you
feed him for life" is no better
illustrated than in the lives of the
Tsao family.
Pray:
1. We are anticipating the release of land
for our ministry/project very soon. There are
many of us here that have committed to fast one
meal every Wednesday (your Tuesday) to see this
breakthrough. We would like to invite anyone that
feels led to join us to stand in prayer for that as
well. Please pray for God's favor and protection
in this very complicated situation. There has been
a lot of spiritual and physical attacks on the
families that are involved in this process.
2. We are also looking for a release of US $750,000
for phase I of the development towards the Centre for
ACTS. Within the past 4 years since we've been in Fiji,
we've been diligently seeking grants and funding from
various Christian Funding Organizations but have not had
any success. Only within the last 4 months, we came across
Living Stones Foundation which indicated possibilities.
However, we have not heard from them since.
3. Please pray against the numerous spiritual strongholds
that is binding this island nation. The worship of various
idols, Hindu gods, Islamic bondage and witchcraft. These
strongholds are mainly the fatalistic and animalistic world-
views causing complacency, despair, greed, corruption and
jealousy.
On a personal note: Our family is looking for a "live-in"
long term volunteer to come along side in helping home school
Cassandra(14) & Titus (12) in the following subjects: Math
(Algebra, Trig), English (Grammar and Spelling), History
(American), & Science (general). The same person(s) can also
serve in the areas of some minor administrative work for ACTS.
