Road to a Savior
Romans 3:23 "for all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God."
All of us have broken the law of God and suffered the consequence of our rebellion. We are all broken by life and need repair.
Romans 6:23 "For the wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord."
Jesus paid the price of my rebellion, so I could be set free. He died on the cross, so that I might have a life with Him for eternity. Living forever where there is no sorry, tears, or lack.
Romans 10:9, 10 "That if you confess with your mouth, "Jesus is Lord," and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. 10 For it is with your heart that you believe and are justified, and it is with your mouth that you confess and are saved."
Each of us must call for help ourselves. If we ask for help we will receive it.
Pray this prayer right now:
"I ask for help from you Jesus who died on the cross for me. I hae broken the laws of your Word and I have experienced destruction and I want life. I turn from being the ruler of my life and I turn it over to you and allow you to run my life. I let you be the boss starting right now. I believe you have a purpose for my life and you will begin to reveal it to me by your word and your Holy Spirit. I receive your forgiveness and believe you will heal my brokenness, so that I can serve you with all my giftedness. I believe God is my Father and I am part of a big family called the Body of Christ."
