Cassie and Titus (above), Susan and Bernie Tsao Bernie and Susan Tsao develop fish farms for orphanages and in countries in need.  Bernie also teaches aqua farming. Their base is in Hawaii which also allows them to use surfing as an evangelistic tool. South Coast Fellowship has been supporting the Tsaos and their missionary work since 1995.
